Factory Renovation

A food-grade chemical company sought to double the storage capacity at their Patalganga MIDC factory, revamping 150,000 sqft of basic infrastructure from within while also including external repairs and facade cladding to meet industry standards. Key updates included:

Amenities: Expanded and upgraded a 3,500 sqft worker's canteen with a self-sufficient kitchen and custom hygiene features.

Office Space: Developed a 3,000 sqft office area with 4 cabins, 8 workstations, a conference room, a server room, and more, with each cabin having a window for dispatch oversight. The central dispatch area of almost 10,000 sqft was mended, and the infrastructure was uplifted to adhere to ongoing renovations.

Quality Control: Dedicated 4,000 sqft to Quality Control and Micro Labs with specialized rooms and optimal HVAC and MEP systems, plus office cabins and workstations set up for respective heads.

Production Unit: Renovated 30,000 sqft for production and packing with detailed layout design, MEP work, and industrial safety compliance.

Careful planning ensured a seamless refurbishment within the timeline, focusing on emergency layouts and hygiene zoning diagrams installed in various locations for reference.
