Founded by Raj Lakhani and Juhi Thakkar, RLad is a design practice that brings together the sensibilities of architecture and interior design to craft spaces that are both functionally sound and emotionally resonant. Raj, an architect from Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture, brings with him the experience of working on over 2 million square meters of large-scale commercial, residential, and cultural projects. His foundation lies in architectural rigor, contextual thinking, and an eye for scale, which forms the structural backbone of RLad’s work.

Juhi, an interior designer from Rachna Sansad, complements this with a deep understanding of materiality, execution, and user-centric interiors. Having worked across reputed design firms and a corporate environment, she brings over multiples of successfully executed work across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors. Her grounded sensibility and intuitive design process ensure that each space feels personal, warm, and refined. Together, they lead RLad with a shared vision — to design environments that are rooted in context, crafted with precision, and experienced with ease. Their collaborative approach blends architectural logic with tactile elegance, creating spaces that speak both to function and feeling.
