We were approached to convert an extra one-room kitchen apartment, owned by the family living next door, into an ideal bedroom for a newly married couple. The new space would include a bedroom, a balcony facing the sea, a walk-in wardrobe, and a toilet area—a perfect setting for the couple just starting out.The design aimed to combine a cozy and minimalist bedroom with a modern toilet, creating a private space that still feels like home.The bedroom was kept simple and cozy, while the balcony was designed to be vibrant and lively, becoming their “chill-out” spot where they can invite friends and simply relax.A louvered partition between the toilet and the walk-in wardrobe was included to prevent a complete view of the shower area while maintaining an open visual flow throughout the space.
