Project Details
This extension office was planned for a fragrance company as an addition to their main headquarters.
The space had to support regular office functions while also responding to the very specific working needs of the fragrance industry.
The layout included 8 to 10 workstations, two cabins, a conference room, restrooms and a compact pantry. These everyday office spaces were planned to keep the workflow simple, efficient and comfortable for the team.
Beyond the standard requirements, the project also included specialized areas such as a perfumery zone, an evaluation room and dedicated storage for raw materials and finished goods.
The evaluation room became one of the key spaces in the design. It included three glass evaluation cabins where different fragrance samples could be tested in a controlled and focused manner.
A smaller adjacent area was also planned for casual trials, allowing the team to test, discuss and experience fragrances in a more informal setting.
The overall design language was kept subtle and refined. Textured elements were introduced to add warmth and liveliness without overpowering the functional nature of the space.
The result is a workspace that feels clean, flexible and purpose-driven — an office that supports both daily operations and the delicate process of fragrance evaluation.
