Project Details
K-Fintech was designed for an asset management giant to accommodate its backend team within a 6,400 sq. ft. office in Kurla, Mumbai. The workspace was planned to support efficiency, movement and comfort while maintaining a clean, professional identity.
A strong central aisle extends from the reception to the games room, becoming the key visual and circulation axis of the office. A distinct coloured carpet and suspended lighting highlight this path, adding depth while enhancing the sense of openness across the floor plate.
The main workstation area is treated in a single tone of white shades, including the ceiling. This creates a calm and organised base for daily work, allowing the space to feel bright, spacious and focused.
To bring energy into the workplace, vibrant splashes of colour were introduced through meeting rooms and cabin spaces. These colour moments create contrast, define zones and make the office environment more dynamic without disturbing the overall order of the design.
Though planned as a commercial workspace, the project follows the same sensitivity to scale, comfort and detailing often seen in Residential architecture in Mumbai. The result is an office that balances functionality with aesthetic appeal and reflects the innovative spirit of the firm.
