Project Details
This compact 600 sq. ft. front office was designed for a medical wholesaler who needed to accommodate a growing team while improving the overall working environment.
The space had to be practical, efficient and warm, making room for everyday office functions without making the compact footprint feel crowded.
The layout included a private cabin, employee workstations and a pantry, all planned within a simple and comfortable design language.
A warm colour palette was used to make the office feel welcoming and grounded, while keeping the overall look clean and professional.
One of the biggest advantages of the site was its nearly 15-foot ceiling height. This allowed the design to introduce a mezzanine level, which helped address almost the entire storage requirement of the office.
The ceiling heights were carefully studied and measured so that the mezzanine could offer usable storage while maintaining comfort in the working areas below.
The staircase leading to the mezzanine was not treated as a hidden service element. Instead, it became a central highlight of the office and was designed to be visible even from the outside.
The result is a compact yet highly functional workspace that uses height intelligently, balances storage with daily operations and gives the front office a distinct visual identity.
